Single Origin Colombian Coffee

From a third generation Coffee Growers Family Farm Located in northwestern corner of Cundinamarca just a few minutes drive from Bogota, the growing regions are all at high elevations and usually bordered by steep mountains. This increased altitude and shorter periods of direct sunlight allow the coffee to mature slowly, leading to increased complexity in the final cup. The town of Cachipay used to be a vacation spot for many Colombians when the train was in working order, is now a center of coffee, flowers fields and ecological tourism.
